Customer Cancellations

• Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service time may be subject to cancellation fees.

No-Show Policy

If a customer fails to arrive at the pickup location within 30 minutes of the scheduled time without notice, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

Flight Delays

For airport pickups, customers must provide accurate flight details. We monitor flight arrivals and adjust pickup times accordingly.

Company Cancellation

Taxi and Tour Bahamas reserves the right to cancel bookings due to circumstances such as:

• Severe weather conditions
• Vehicle issues
• Safety concerns

In such cases, customers will receive a full refund or rescheduling option.
