1. Refund Eligibility

• If a booking is cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
• If the company cancels the service due to unforeseen circumstances such as vehicle issues, severe weather, or operational challenges.
• If a confirmed service cannot be delivered as agreed.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service.
• No-shows or failure to arrive at the agreed pickup location.
• Delays caused by the customer, including missed flights without prior notice.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days using the same payment method used during booking.
